Recruitment Consultant
Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (plus bonusbased incentive scheme)
Shifts: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About This Role

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Codsall office, you'll:
- Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
- Screen multiple candidates daily through indepth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
- Make highvolume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants-no cold calling required
- Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services' growth
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment while maintaining top productivity
What You'll Need
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customerfocused approach
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage a highvolume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
- Selfmotivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
