Trainee Recruitment Consultant

West Drayton

Salary: £24,000 per annum + Bonus (OTE in year 1: £27,000 to £35,000)

Start Date: ASAP

37.5 hours a week, early finish on Friday!

We are currently seeking two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our West Drayton office.

At Shorterm, we have over 50 years of experience in recruitment, specialising in a range of sectors.

Were currently looking for somebody to work within our motorsport division and our upskilling division. Don't worry if you're not familiar with these industries - we'll teach you everything you need to know!

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive substantial support to become a successful consultant with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You will be responsible for working on large accounts and generating perfect candidates for our up-skilling programmes in Automotive industries. You'll providing excellent service to existing clients - ultimately, your success will be in your hands.
