Job summary

Ping-HR - Rec2Rec & Sales Recruitment in Watford is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to handle roles across HR, finance and tech, sourcing and interviewing candidates while building client relationships.

You will join an established team onsite at the Watford office, with hybrid working after probation; basic salary up to £45,000 and real opportunities to grow within the business.

We're partnering with an established recruitment agency based in a fantastic Watford office, looking to add Recruitment Consultants at all levels to their team. They work across various sectors - so no two days (or desks) look the same.

The Role

• Managing the recruitment process across a mix of HR, finance, and tech vacancies
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Working towards KPIs and personal targets
• Collaborating closely with a close-knit, established team based onsite

• Recruitment experience at any level - open to your industry background
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and hitting targets
