Responsibilities

• Own your desk in Warrington and manage all recruitment activity end-to-end.
• Develop and grow an Education recruitment desk through new business wins.
• Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
• Recruit and place Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors and SEND professionals.
• Manage vacancy qualification, candidate screening, interview support and placement.
• Negotiate terms with clients and ensure safeguarding compliance.

The Role

As a 360 Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong partnerships with schools and education professionals.

• Developing and growing your own Education recruitment desk.
• Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals.
• Building strong relationships with primary, secondary, SEND schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.
• Recruiting and placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Nursery Practitioners and SEND professionals into temporary and permanent positions.
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement and aftercare.
• Interviewing, screening and supporting education candidates throughout their job search.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and terms with clients.
• Maintaining compliance in line with safeguarding and education recruitment standards.
• Achieving and exceeding sales, activity and revenue targets.
• Managing and developing existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.

About You

• Previous experience working as a 360 Education Recruitment Consultant (essential).
• A successful track record of business development and building long-term client relationships.
• Experience recruiting within the education sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A driven, resilient and target-focused mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies within a fast-paced environment.
