We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Recruitment Consultant working Full-Time, Mondays through Fridays for a business based in Sutton Coldfield. What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture. Provide strategic recruitment solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
  • Job Advertisements and Networking: Create compelling job advertisements and leverage your network to attract high-caliber candidates. Attend industry events and networking functions to stay abreast of market trends.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Provide feedback and guidance to both parties throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Play a key role in negotiating offers, ensuring a win-win situation for both candidates and clients. Manage the offer process from start to finish, including contract negotiation.
