Xpertis Talent in Reading is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Green Park office. You will drive recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates and clients, and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.

The role offers structured career progression with NSTs to Director level, a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, and a generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave and regular team events.
