Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Preston is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to travel across the patch, visiting schools and educators. The role offers a base salary of £28,000–£34,000 plus uncapped commission (£5k–£20k OTE) and requires a UK driving licence with access to a car.

You will join a leading education recruitment network, supporting primary, secondary and SEN schools, and benefit from training, progression opportunities and a supportive team environment.

The role will be based in our successful Preston office. The Preston office is made up of six branches supporting primary, secondary and SEN schools across Lancashire and Merseyside. The Preston team are a nimble and energetic team of 25 specialist consultants, all with their unique personalities and skills they can bring to the role. We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes.
