Recruitment Consultant – Start Your Own Recruitment Business

Location: Orpington

Earnings: Commission Only - Uncapped

No Basic Salary

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has thought about starting your own agency? Working alone can be soul destroying, and taking on a lease, software licences and job boards can rapidly build up costs. We operate a recruitment business from our modern, beautifully refurbished shared office in Orpington, designed for entrepreneurial recruiters who want to build their own business while working under an established umbrella.

We offer access to our cutting edge, yet simple to use CRM, and an effective sales management system designed around the methods that made MSB International PLC the biggest, most successful agency of the 1990s. How much \"sales management\" support we give you is completely up to you. You set your own targets!

You run your desk, develop your own technical vertical market and build your own recruitment business.

This means you do not necessarily have to start with a completely blank database.

Our pre loaded databases not only supply target customers, but also unlimited numbers of potential applicants. Working as a team we can show you how to utilise LinkedIn to contact suitable applicants and cover your live open positions.

The Opportunity

This is not a salaried recruitment position.

There is no basic salary.

Your earnings are entirely performance-related and commission is uncapped.

If you can recruit, develop business and make placements, there is no fixed ceiling on what you can earn.

We want to create an environment where experienced recruiters can operate without having to immediately take on all the costs and administration involved in setting up completely alone. Our systems and software should help you pick up jobs, market applicants and make money!

You can effectively build your own business while having access to the tools, support and expertise around you.
