Job summary

Netbox Recruitment in Kent is seeking a Recruitment Consultant, either seasoned or starting your career, to join a growing team in a hybrid role. You will build a local client portfolio, win new business, and guide candidates through the journey from interview to placement.

You’ll thrive on targets, enjoy outbound calls and meetings, and benefit from a supportive environment with structured training, management coaching and opportunities to develop your own market.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; sales or B2B background welcome.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with outbound calling and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own portfolio of local businesses and clients.
• Identify and win new recruitment business through proactive sales activity.
• Make outbound calls and arrange face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Build a strong network and database of high-quality candidates.
• Meet and interview candidates, understanding their career goals and aspirations.
• Manage candidates throughout their job search and placement journey.
• Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Attend networking events and represent Netbox Recruitment within the local business community.

What will you be doing?

This is a 360 recruitment role with plenty of variety. No two days are the same.

You'll:
