Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a flexible, commission-only team. Earn uncapped commissions while working remotely across the UK, with optional hybrid access to our Birmingham City Centre office.

You’ll hit the ground running, manage client relationships and win new business to place candidates. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment, a proven track record, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Proven track record managing client relationships.
• Success in winning new business.
• Existing client base or industry relationships.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.

Who We're Looking For

This isn't an entry-level recruitment position. We're looking for recruiters who can hit the ground running.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years' recruitment experience
• A proven track record of managing and developing client relationships
• Demonstrable success in winning new business
• A current client base or established industry relationships
• The confidence to generate vacancies and manage your own recruitment desk
• Strong candidate sourcing and account management skills
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach
