Driver Hire Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm, established desk serving Bromsgrove, Redditch and Warwick in driving and logistics recruitment.

You will build on existing client relationships, source and manage temporary drivers, and drive new business with a proactive, commercial approach. A UK driving licence and strong telephone communication are essential, with uncapped commission and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a recruitment consultant.
• Experience in driving/logistics recruitment preferred.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Comfort speaking with new and existing clients.
• Experience recruiting and managing temporary drivers.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bromsgrove, taking over a warm, established desk with existing clients and active business .

If you know the fast-paced world of driving recruitment , understand the importance of building a reliable driver pool and enjoy developing strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and brings:

• Experience within driving/logistics recruitment
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Confidence speaking with both new and existing clients
• Experience recruiting and managing temporary drivers
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving recruitment environment
• A proactive, commercial and results-driven approach

This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant who wants to step into an established warm desk , develop existing relationships and continue growing business across the local transport and logistics market.

You’ll have:

• At least 1 year’s experience working as a recruitment consultant.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence making outbound calls and developing new relationships.
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and candidate service.
• A full UK driving licence.

Experience within driving, logistics or industrial recruitment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
