Job summary

More Driver Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support our planning team in the Swan Valley area, Northampton. The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000 p.a. DOE) with a commission structure and a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 work pattern.

You will service existing clients, manage a driving workforce, and fill driving roles on a temporary or permanent basis. The successful candidate will develop relationships with clients and drivers, ensuring fulfilment against vacancies

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• A valid driving license is required.
• Good knowledge of Working Time Directive and EU driving hours laws is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing clients and managing the driving workforce.
• Fill temporary and permanent vacancies for drivers.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Recruiting drivers to meet client needs and timelines.
