The role offers £28k-£32k per annum DOE plus OTE earnings, and a clear path to long-term career progression within a leading built environment recruitment specialist. You will build relationships with clients and source skilled talent for temporary roles, delivering high-quality recruitment services across the Trades & Labour sector from Newcastle.

Daniel Owen is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle team, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Working within our Trades & Labour division, you will recruit for a range of roles, building strong relationships with clients, helping them secure the talent they need.

Your Impact as a Recruitment Consultant

• Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain client relationships.


• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience for temporary opportunities within the Trades & Labour sector.


• Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.


• Temporary Recruitment: Operating on a 360 basis, matching high quality candidates to suitable roles within the temporary Trades & Labour sector


• Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
