Job summary

Daniel Owen is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Reading team in the Trades & Labour division. The role focuses on recruiting for a range of roles, building strong candidate relationships and helping clients secure the talent they need.

Daniel Owen is looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Reading team, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in recruitment.

Working within our Trades & Labour division, you will recruit for a range of roles, building strong relationships with candidates and helping clients secure the talent they need.

Your Impact as an Associate Recruitment Consultant

Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face to face, you'll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.

Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience for temporary opportunities within the Trades & Labour sector.

Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.

Permanent Recruitment: Support the team with temporary Trades & Labour recruitment, helping to match high quality candidates to suitable roles.

Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
