Daniel Owen is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Reading team in the Trades & Labour division. The role focuses on recruiting for a range of roles, building strong candidate relationships and helping clients secure the talent they need.

Responsibilities

• Candidate relationships: identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.
• Talent sourcing: seek skilled individuals for temporary opportunities in Trades & Labour.
• Recruitment support: maintain databases and candidate profiles, provide admin support.
• Permanent recruitment: support temporary Trades & Labour recruitment and match candidates to roles.
• Client relationships: build strong relationships with existing clients to support repeat business.
