Job summary

Stable10 is expanding its Newcastle team and seeks experienced recruiters to operate across the US markets, aligning with EST/CST/PST hours. The role offers access to active US clients, extensive travel opportunities, and generous commission structures that reward performance.

Newcastle-based or willing to travel to Newcastle is preferred. Open to recruiters from 12+ months’ experience to Senior/Principal levels, with exposure to US markets and a self-sufficient, commercially sharp approach.

• Experience recruiting for US markets is a plus
• Willingness to travel to Newcastle regularly if based elsewhere in the UK

We’ve added five consultants to the team, had a record-breaking summer and we’re now getting ready for our Berlin incentive trip, followed by Community Summit in Nashville and SuiteWorld in Las Vegas this October.

And we’re still growing.

We’re looking for experienced recruiters to join our Newcastle team across:

• Finance & Accounting
• Microsoft ERP
• Data & AI
• Contract Recruitment

We’re open to recruiters with 12+ months’ experience right through to Senior and Principal level.

You don’t need previous experience in one of our markets.
