The Market You’ll Own:

You will operate in critical US manufacturing/A&D sectors, working with international clients.

Your desk is built around:

• Long‑term, retained and contingent search work
• Deep niche candidate mapping in technical manufacturing markets
• High‑value, repeat client relationships across the US
• Genuine consultative hiring conversations, not transactional CV pushing
