ACE Partners in Manchester is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to own and develop a specialist US-focused market desk. You will build trusted relationships with senior international stakeholders and diagnose hiring challenges to advise on talent strategy.
This role offers uncapped commissions, a clear path to senior billing, and a high-performance team environment in a global headhunting firm specializing in Aerospace & Defense markets.
There comes a point in a recruiter’s career where the question changes.
Not “Can I bill?”
But “How far can I take this if I’m in the right environment?”
At ACE Partners, we work with recruiters who have already proven they can perform, and are now looking for something more deliberate, more specialist, and more rewarding.
We are a global headhunting firm operating exclusively across Aerospace & Defense manufacturing markets in the United States, where average fees sit at $45K per placement.
This is a niche that rewards depth over volume. Expertise over activity. And consistency over noise.
You’ll join a 17-person high-performance team that operates like a specialist trading floor, but with structure, support, and real development behind it.
This is a team where:
We don’t overcomplicate success here. If you build relationships, understand your market, and execute consistently, you will earn exceptionally well.
You will operate in critical US manufacturing/A&D sectors, working with international clients.
Your desk is built around:

If you’re currently performing, but feel you’ve outgrown your market, your desk, or your ceiling, this is an opportunity to reset into something more intentional.
If that sounds like the direction you want your career to take next, we should talk.
