Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to focus on the US market. Base salary is £27,000 with uncapped commission, plus industry-leading training and a clear route to leadership. London - Bank office. Monday–Friday with early finish on Fridays.

You will build your own specialist market, interview candidates, win client business, manage end-to-end recruitment processes and negotiate offers. A fast-track, merit-based progression awaits high performers.

The role you will play:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market, develop relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate deals and earn uncapped commission on every placement you make. You will:
