Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of tools to source top-quality candidates for your clients.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to roles, ensuring a high level of candidate and client satisfaction.
• Market Research: Gain an in-depth understanding of the US job market, key sectors, and industry trends.
• Sales & Negotiation: Work closely with your Manager to understand the clients recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions, while learning to negotiate offers and manage expectations.
