AT Talent - Rec2Rec is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the AI & Infrastructure desk, building a market-leading offering with autonomy and growth.

You will win new US and EMEA clients, grow existing relationships, manage the full 360 recruitment process, and represent the business at industry events in the UK and US, shaping strategy as the division scales.

Recruitment Consultant – AI & Infrastructure

Want to build your own market without starting from zero?

I’m working with a growing tech recruitment business that is looking for someone to take full ownership of its AI and Infrastructure desk.

You’ll be be joining at the ideal stage: the business already has proven case studies, established vendor relationships and exclusive work across the US and EMEA, but the desk still has plenty of room to grow and become your own.

The role:

• Build and develop the AI and Infrastructure desk
• Win new clients across the US and EMEA
• Grow existing relationships and uncover new opportunities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process
• Attend industry events in the UK and US
• Help shape the strategy and direction of the market
• Progress into leadership as the division grows
