We’re hiring! Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, focusing on the U.S. Civil Engineering market.

This is a warm desk with live roles, long-standing clients, and a proven track record of success – perfect for someone ready to hit the ground running and take their billing to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running a 360 desk focused on the high-demand U.S. civil engineering sector
• Building and managing relationships with top design consultancies and infrastructure firms
• Sourcing and placing civil engineering talent across transportation, structural, water, and environmental markets
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and closing high-value placements
• Working U.S. hours from our Loughton office (typically 12pm–9pm + 1.5 hour lunch break)

What We’re Looking For:

• 360 recruitment experience (any sector)
• Confident business development skills – you know how to win and grow accounts
• High energy, resilience, and a hunger to succeed
• Clear, persuasive communicator with strong closing ability
• Bonus if you’ve worked U.S. hours or have interest in international markets (training provided)
