Responsibilities:

• Screen sales applicants via phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Attract candidates through LinkedIn and creative job advertisements.
• Invite the top 1% of candidates to our Discovery Days.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Manage the candidate journey from application to offer.
