Role Overview

We are looking to hire two Recruitment Consultants from any discipline who are interested in working within a professional services environment. Our roles involve recruiting for temporary, permanent, or a mix of both, depending on your background. You will manage a 360 role, working with both existing and new clients, building relationships, and offering our recruitment services.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying and contacting prospective clients in your discipline.
2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
3. Interviewing candidates seeking job opportunities.
4. Utilizing a mix of telephone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
5. Planning and prioritizing your workload efficiently.

Candidate Profile

To succeed, you should be comfortable making phone calls, building relationships, and being memorable to clients. The role is predominantly phone-based, so confidence in communication is essential.

Compensation
