What will you do?

• Join us as a 360 recruitment consultant in one of our specialist divisions: Human Resources, Social Housing, or Property Management, providing advice, guidance, and consultation to clients and candidates at all levels.
• Develop relationships with clients across various organizations through business development tools such as telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and consult with candidates within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and candidates in line with our core values: collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect.
