RECfinancial is hiring for our next superstar Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The role is based at our idyllic Leicester office, located on a farm in the Leicestershire countryside, less than ten minutes from Fosse Park / Junction 21 of the M1.

The Role

1. We are looking for two new team members, recruiting professionals from any discipline interested in a role within a professional services business.
2. The roles involve recruiting both temporary and permanent staff for our clients, or a mix of both, depending on the candidate's background.
3. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, working with both existing and new clients.
4. Responsibilities include identifying and contacting prospective clients, building relationships, and offering our services, as well as interviewing candidates seeking assistance in their job search.
5. The role involves a mix of telephone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
6. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to be memorable to clients, focusing on long-term relationships.
7. Efficiency, planning, and prioritization are essential.
8. The role is predominantly phone-based; comfort in making calls is necessary.
