Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Ipswich - Business Support Permanents Desk
Location: Ipswich - Ipswich Connexions, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1QJ
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial embedding period.
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full-time and permanent
Role Overview:
Reed in Ipswich is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their established and successful team. The focus will be on expanding client and candidate relationships within the business support sector for the permanent market across East and Central Suffolk.
This active warm desk has previously billed over £100k on a part-time basis, with potential to exceed £150k quickly. Recent client wins and a mapped target client list support growth opportunities.
The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle: identifying and contacting client leads, developing relationships, role briefing, negotiating fees and terms, headhunting, sourcing candidates, managing candidate timesheets, conducting right-to-work and reference checks, and assisting with onboarding.
