Tempting Recruitment in Dartford and Croydon is seeking a motivated recruitment sales professional. You will speak with candidates and clients daily, managing recruitment processes end-to-end and working toward high activity targets.

You can earn commission from day one, with potential for an increased base for top performers as targets are met. The role offers full training and clear career progression in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to build a career in recruitment sales (not HR).
• Background in call centres, telesales, door to door sales or customer-facing roles involving regular phone/email communication, would be advantageous.
• Confident communication skills on the phone and via email.
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Independence and maturity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Resilient and confident in handling objections without losing motivation.
• Motivated, ambitious attitude with drive to succeed.
• Ability to work hard, meet targets, and grow with the business.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential).
• Ambition and drive rewards available.

Salary: Up to £18,000 + Commission (OTE £25,000 £30,000) + Full Training & Career Progression

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Dartford & Croydon. Nearest Station Stone Crossing or East Croydon

Benefits: Earn commission from day one, high performers initial salary can be review to £21,000 + Commission if you achieve your targets, while learning.
