Reload Search Ltd is recruiting Quant Recruitment Consultants in London to build relationships with software engineers, quants and technical leaders, and to deliver searches end to end for some of the world’s most respected trading firms.

You’ll provide honest guidance, and only present roles that fit the candidate’s goals. We offer two weeks of structured training, ongoing coaching from a professional coach, and strong incentives including top biller rewards and team events.

Reload is a specialist recruiter for quant trading firms: the hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and market makers that use maths and technology to trade markets. It's the only thing we do. We have made over 250 placements, and our founders have more than 40 years of combined experience.

We're growing, and we're hiring Quant Recruitment Consultants in London.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with software engineers, quants and technical leaders, and understand what they really want from their next move
• Deliver searches end to end for some of the most respected trading firms in the world
• Give honest advice. If a role isn't right for someone, you'll say so

What we're looking for

• Experience: recruitment, sales, banking or another client-facing role
• Curiosity about technology and how markets work. You don't need a finance background, but you do need to learn fast
• Resilience, and the habit of asking why until the story makes sense
