Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Trading Search

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own your desk - Work on high-value mandates across technology and trading.
• Build meaningful partnerships -Work closely with clients to deeply understand their hiring goals.
• Deliver elite talent -Consistently place top-performing engineers and technologists into some of the most competitive environments in global finance.

What We’re Looking For

• A background in recruitment (sector experience welcome but not required - we provide structured onboarding and training).
• A proven record of building strong candidate/client relationships, and a commercial mindset to match.
• Comfortable working in high-performance environments, but also values teamwork and continuous development.
• Ambition to grow into a leadership or market-owning role long term.
