Programme One is actively seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join award-winning agencies across the UK. You will run a full 360 desk, win new business, and build a strong candidate and client pipeline in a high-performance sales environment.

We offer a base salary of £30,000–£50,000 with uncapped commission, plus mentor schemes and structured career development. This is a platform-driven opportunity aimed at progression within established, diverse agencies.

Our partner agencies are hiring at intermediate and senior level across multiple specialist markets across the UK.

The Role

You will:

• Run a full 360 recruitment desk within a specialist market
• Win new business and develop long-term client relationships
• Build and manage a profitable candidate and client pipeline
