HFG is a specialist recruitment business focused on the insurance market. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Change & Technology team, working across a growing market with a strong pipeline of opportunities.

As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll build and manage relationships with clients and candidates, specialising in Data & Analytics, Business Change & Transformation, Digital, Cyber & Information Security, and Change Management.

Qualifications

• Couple of years' experience in one or more listed recruitment areas.
• Experience in insurance recruitment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong track record, commercial mindset and relationship-building ability.

• Develop and manage your own market within Change & Technology.
• Win new business and manage existing client relationships.
• Source, screen and place high-quality candidates across the full lifecycle.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Change & Technology team, working across a growing market with a strong pipeline of opportunities.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Change & Technology team, you’ll build and manage relationships with both clients and candidates, specialising in roles across areas such as:

• Data & Analytics
• Business Change & Transformation
• Digital
• Cyber & Information Security
• Change Management

You’ll have responsibility for developing your own market, winning new business, managing existing client relationships and delivering high-quality candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a couple of years experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Data & Analytics recruitment
• Technology / IT recruitment
• Change & Transformation recruitment

Insurance recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your recruitment track record, commercial mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
