Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, part of the gap personnel group, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to own their desk in Gloucester with hybrid working. You will manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes, develop client relationships and place high-caliber candidates.

You’ll operate with autonomy, realistic targets and a supportive team, earning a generous uncapped commission, 26 days’ annual leave, a contributory pension and clear opportunities for career progression.

• Proven experience within a recruitment agency, ideally managing a permanent recruitment desk.
• Track record of winning business and placing candidates successfully.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment process independently and build client relationships.

Location: Gloucester - hybrid working

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for autonomy, realistic targets and a supportive team?

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions specialises in permanent recruitment, supporting clients across a broad range of sectors nationwide. As part of the established gap personnel group, we combine the backing of a wider business with a collaborative, personal approach.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of their desk, develop client relationships and manage the full recruitment process with confidence. Previous recruitment agency experience is essential, ideally within permanent recruitment, as you'll need to contribute from the outset.

The role

You'll manage the recruitment process from identifying business opportunities through to successful placements. Your responsibilities will include:

Hours and flexibility

Our standard hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We're an inclusive employer and are open to discussing flexible arrangements, including reduced hours and hybrid working.
