Hawk 3 Talent Solutions in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of their desk. You will manage the full recruitment process from identifying opportunities to successful placements, developing client relationships and delivering results.

With autonomy, realistic targets and a supportive team, you will work hybrid, attract new business, screen candidates, negotiate terms, and contribute to a high standard of service for clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a recruitment agency, ideally managing a permanent recruitment desk.
• A track record of winning business and making successful placements.
• Confidence managing the full recruitment process independently.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach.
• A commitment to delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Developing business across new, existing and lapsed clients.
• Building lasting client relationships and understanding their recruitment needs.
• Sourcing, screening and matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Managing vacancies, arranging interviews and supporting clients and candidates through offers and onboarding.
• Building a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies.
• Negotiating terms and fees.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting company compliance requirements.
