What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our business — partnering with clients and candidates to create success stories on both sides. You'll:

• Build and manage a client portfolio, nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
• Provide expert market insights and career advice to clients and candidates
• Write compelling job ads and manage responses across platforms
• Negotiate offers, close placements, and support onboarding
• Stay on top of industry trends, hiring activity, and competitor insights
• Hit (and exceed!) your performance and revenue targets
