Recruitment Consultant (Construction & Rail) | Location: Herne Bay Office, South East/London

About the Role: AHL Resourcing Solutions is a small but expanding company specializing in Construction and Rail recruitment. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360-degree recruitment desk, working directly with the director to grow our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and manage existing clients in the Construction and Rail sectors.
  • Work with both contract, permanent, and temporary recruitment needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: interviewing candidates, assessing client needs, and providing recruitment advice.
  • Run your own recruitment desk with an entrepreneurial approach, helping to develop all aspects of the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in the Construction or Rail sectors (preferred), or proven recruitment/sales experience with the ability to adapt.
  • Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Initiative, confidence, and business acumen to manage a full 360 recruitment role.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and committed to growing within the company.
