We are looking to add to our team at our Crawley Temps office and are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to recruit technical staff for us across Surrey and Sussex.
Based at the Crawley Temps branch, you will be recruiting temporary/contract machine operators, assemblers, welders, mechanical fitters, electronic assemblers, quality technicians, engineers etc. to engineering and manufacturing companies across the region.

The role involves;
- Business development- working to grow your client base through sales calls, meetings and other marketing activities
- Account Management; looking after your clients and maximising opportunities with them
- Resourcing; searching for candidates to fill vacancies
- Coordinating temporary workers in to bookings
- Developing good industry knowledge; understanding of relevant companies in your patch and identifying new leads
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals who love dealing with people and who have the ambition to progress their career.
You will ideally have some sales experience and previous recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
We will provide all training necessary for you to succeed in the recruitment industry with the largest independently owned recruitment consultancy in the UK.

This is an office based role in Crawley town centre.
Working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday.
