Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for the Chelmsford office in the UKUS division to drive AI talent acquisition. You will take over a hot desk with active AI/Tech/Pharma roles, engaging senior candidates and managing end-to-end recruitment in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Expect a fast-paced platform with relocation opportunities, 40% uncapped commission, and extensive in-house training.

Due to an increased volume of Artificial Intelligence hiring needs, our Director Richard Stevenson, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of the Artificial Intelligence division, specifically within our UKUS division!

You'd be taking over a red hot desk with active roles within an exciting market!
