Teaching Personnel - Education Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Need
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle - regular school visits (minimum once per week) are an essential part of the role; fuel is reimbursed on the mile.
  • Sales experience - ideally from agency recruitment, B2B, or B2C sales backgrounds, but we will consider proven sales ability that is transferrable into this role.
  • Target-driven mindset - you'll thrive in a high-performance culture and be motivated by hitting goals and making an impact.
  • Resilience and tenacity - recruitment is challenging, so we need proactive, solution-focused individuals who are not afraid to pick up the phone and meet clients in person to build lasting partnerships.
  • People Centricity - ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders across the education sector.
  • Balance Reactivity with Proactivity - knowing when to respond immediately and when to plan long-term strategies.
