About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Motivated Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in the construction sector to join our dynamic team. Based near Biggin Hill, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk and work with an established client base, while developing new business opportunities across the region.

Anchor Recruitment is a Family Ownded Business with oveer 40 years experience in the Construction Sector working nationwide supplying both White Collar Technical and Blue Collar Trades Staffing on both Permanent and Contract basis.

Progression opportunities for right indvidual to Senior Level appointments based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full 360° recruitment process

Sourcing and placing qualified candidates within the construction industry

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Generating new business and identifying growth opportunities

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the construction sector

Strong knowledge of construction roles and industry requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Based within a commutable distance to Biggin Hill

Have Own Vechile and Full UK Licence (Parking Available at Head Office).
