Rutherford Briant is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist market team. You will manage both client and candidate relationships, develop new business and become a trusted expert within your sector.

Attend networking events, source, interview and qualify candidates, build long-term pipelines and maintain regular candidate communication. You will guide recruitment processes from initial business development to placement and aftercare, delivering market insight and outstanding

• Proactive and commercially minded approach to business development.
