Teaching Personnel, a leading UK education recruitment agency, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Bracknell. Base salary of £28,000–£36,000 with £5,000–£20,000+ OTE, plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

The role focuses on building relationships with schools and educators, expanding networks, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are sales-focused, people-centric, resilient, agile, and have a driver’s license for client visits.
