As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work directly with our experienced leadership team including Directors who still do the job you’ll be doing. You’ll be instrumental in helping us scale our client base, build meaningful relationships and place talent into impactful STEM roles.

This role combines client-facing business development, candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment delivery. You’ll be in the driving seat of your own success, supported by advanced technology, a high-performance team and mentorship from leaders who’ve walked the path and still are.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and managing client relationships through strategic outreach and insightful meetings
• Sourcing candidates using the latest tools, job boards, CRM, LinkedIn and more
• Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality placements
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Working with our Business Development team to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue
• Staying ahead of industry trends to become a trusted advisor in the STEM space
