Job summary

Moore Green Recruitment LTD in Birmingham is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist built environment team. The role is a full 360 recruiter position, handling both client and candidate relationships with training and a strong commission structure.

You will identify new recruitment opportunities, conduct BD calls and site visits, and manage candidates through sourcing and compliance checks.

The Role

• 360 recruiter role including managing clients and candidates.
• Identify clients and recruitment opportunities.

Ideally you will have some recruitment experience, however if you have sales experience from any sector then this will also be considered.
