The role as a Recruitment Consultant;

• Growing and leading a successful recruitment team
• Identifying and attracting new clients and candidates through various channels, networking, and social media outreach.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates and providing them with exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and placement.
• Achieving and exceeding revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving your own skills and knowledge.
