Job summary

Seer, partner to hyper-scaling AI, data centres and quantum computing firms, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Delivery team. You will map and engage talent in AI research, engineering or FDE, build market presence, and coordinate with the BD team to streamline interview processes.

With increasing demand across the market and our close relationships with clients, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Delivery team supporting not only our high-performing BD team but leading on the growth of our niche candidate pools.

What You Will be Doing

• Map, identify, and engage with talent within the AI space: research, engineering or FDE.
• Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking, industry events, thought leadership, and candidate engagement.
• Liaise with the BD team to ensure effective collaboration and smooth processes for candidates.
• Act as the middle-person, swiftly booking interviews and sharing feedback with the BD Consultant and candidates.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, workforce challenges, and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to Seer's broader growth strategy and market positioning.

*Should you wish to transition to our BD team, we will set targets and objectives when you are a Consultant for the changeover to happen when you reach your Senior Consultant promotion*

What We're Looking For

• Sales driven with clear personal and professional goals.
• Prior recruitment experience is ideal but unnecessary - understanding of a sales process, communicating with highly technical and educated individuals is a must.
• Strong track record of identifying and closing top tier candidates/clients/accounts, etc.
• Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
• 'No fear' mentality, happy to dive in head-first to new tasks.
