Seer HQ in Billericay is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Delivery team. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging top-tier AI talent, spanning research, engineering, and FDE, with a strong emphasis on building market presence and collaborating with the BD team for smooth interview processes.

The ideal candidate has a sales-driven mindset, strong communication with technical candidates, and a willingness to work US market hours. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Delivery Consultant

Location: Billericay HQ

Type: Full-Time (12-8pm working hours), 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)

Start date: From January 2027 onwards

With increasing demand across the market and our close relationships with clients, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Delivery team supporting not only our high-performing BD team but leading on the growth of our niche candidate pools.

What You Will be Doing

• Map, identify, and engage with talent within the AI space: research, engineering or FDE.
• Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking, industry events, thought leadership, and candidate engagement.
• Liaise with the BD team to ensure effective collaboration and smooth processes for candidates.
• Act as the middle-person, swiftly booking interviews and sharing feedback with the BD Consultant and candidates.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, workforce challenges, and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to Seer's broader growth strategy and market positioning.

What We're Looking For

• Sales driven with clear personal and professional goals.
• Prior recruitment experience is ideal but unnecessary - understanding of a sales process, communicating with highly technical and educated individuals is a must.
• Strong track record of identifying and closing top tier candidates/clients/accounts, etc.
• Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
• 'No fear' mentality, happy to dive in head-first to new tasks.
