The role

As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will face a new challenge every day. This role is candidate focussed to allow new recruiters to understand talent networks and hone their craft attracting top talent to a wide variety of organisations in the UK and beyond. Your day to day can include:-

• Building a strong network of candidates by utilising our various platforms such as LinkedIn, internal database systems, job boards and more.
• Work alongside an experienced IT Recruiter that has commercial knowledge in the industry. Excellent one to one on-boarding and continued coaching
• Source and pro-actively reach out to top level candidates through various means, phone, email, video message and more
• Keeping up to date with market trends, your knowledge will reflect in your work.
• Act as a consultant to your candidates best advising them on the best path for their next career step
• Leading negotiations on offer negotiation.

What do I need?

• Be career driven and goal focused – we will work with you to achieve your targets
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to put your personality out there
• Highly organised with solid IT literacy skills
• Strong desire to become a Subject Matter Expert in your given sector
• A background in sales or relationship management is highly advantageous but not essential
