Winner Recruitment is currently looking for a Branch-based 360 Consultant to join our fantastic team, based at our newly refurbished office in Barnsley town centre. We are experiencing sustained growth and seek someone with experience in managing a successful desk.

Responsibilities of the Consultant include:

• Delivering excellent service to candidates and clients
• Building strong relationships with clients to match the best candidates to roles
• Generating new business and developing your desk from a cold start
• Attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates
• Registering candidates
• Completing compliance checks
• Attending client visits
• Negotiating charge rates
• Focusing on both temporary and permanent placements with long-term partnerships in mind

The ideal Commercial Consultant will have:

• Experience in the Commercial recruitment sector
• Experience managing a full 360 desk
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The drive to earn uncapped commissions
• A genuine passion for recruitment
• An understanding of providing quality service to both clients and candidates

We offer a competitive base salary plus up to 20% uncapped commission from day one!

The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
