Bradford/Hybrid Working
This is a temporary role for 12 months, working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am-6:00pm.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the People Team at Yorkshire Water. You will provide administration support to the Recruitment Team and manage all recruitment queries from candidates in a responsive, professional customer-focused way.

As our Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will provide comprehensive advice and guidance to new starters and managers regarding onboarding and recruitment. You will also support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems to enhance the candidate experience.
You will work with third-party providers and internal compliance teams to manage pre-employment checks, contracts, and financial expenditure in line with current regulations and processes.
You will also support the off-payroll workers process, including conducting IR35 assessments and raising purchase orders in collaboration with Group Tax and hiring managers. This includes working with preferred recruitment agencies to source temporary contractors when needed.
