A leading recruitment business in Wigan is seeking a Recruitment Branch Manager to oversee a high-performing team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high compliance standards while providing exceptional recruitment services. Recruitment Branch Manager - Wigan, £45,000 - £50,000 plus commission, plus car allowance, pension, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional holiday purchase scheme. Early finish on Fridays. Bonus currently paying out £1,000 p/month.
We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Recruitment business based in Wigan. You will be inheriting a high performing team of Consultants with around 200 temporary workers out each day. You will play a big part in all aspects of the role from helping to fill bookings when needed to coaching and mentoring junior members of the team. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B recruitment role to be considered for this position.
